  1. Access method

    After creating your Metaplay subscription, you will receive an SMS with a link to access the content. Follow the instructions to play the content of your choice.

  2. Liability

    2.1. The liability of the Promoter and its managing company is limited to the value of the Subscription Fee actually paid.

    2.2. We will not be liable for any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the start of the Agreement, or for any loss or damage to data or system equipment.

  3. Email and Mobile Marketing Terms and Conditions:

    By providing your mobile number and/or email address, you agree that Metaplay and its managing company may send you emails or text messages with the latest offers and promotions available from our group. If at any time you wish to be removed from email or SMS communications, there will be a link in each email that says "unsubscribe".

  4. Assignment

    Metaplay reserves the right to assign these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. You may not assign any of your rights or obligations arising from the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  5. Changes to these terms and conditions

From time to time, we may update our terms and conditions and privacy policies to improve the user experience and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
